At Tadaa! Gifting we want to ensure that your gift arrives at your doorstep safely and efficiently.

 

Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:​

•⁠  ⁠Shipping Cost: A flat rate of R110 applies to all orders. However, if your order totals R1500 or more, you'll enjoy FREE SHIPPING!
•⁠  ⁠Delivery: We'll take care of the rest! Your gift will be delivered right to your doorstep.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your gift's journey.

Delivery Timeframe: Packaging takes 1-2 days while Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on the courier company's discretion. We'll do our best to ensure your gift arrives as quickly as possible. For products not in stock, bulk orders or those requiring Customisation, please allow between 10-15 working days  for processing.

Important Disclaimer

Please note that any damages to the package during transit are the responsibility of the courier handling the package. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged package, please don't hesitate to reach out to us with photos of the damage. We'll do our best to work with you to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory solution.

Return & Exchange Details

At Tadaa! Gifting we strive to ensure that every gift is carefully curated and packaged to bring joy to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise.

Returns
Please note that all purchases are final, and packages are non-refundable once purchased. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as we cannot provide refunds for change of heart or buyer's remorse.

Defects and Damages
If your item is defective, damaged, or broken, we're happy to help. To initiate an exchange, please email us photos of the issue within 2 days of delivery to info@tadaagifting.com 
We'll review the photos and work with you to exchange the item for a new one. Please ensure that the photos clearly show the damage or defect, and include the following information in the email:

•⁠  ⁠Your order number
•⁠  ⁠A clear description of the issue
•⁠  ⁠Photos of the damage or defect

We'll do our best to expedite the exchange process and get the new item to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to support your claim.
